RETURN POLICY

You can return orders within 14 days after the delivery. We have a very easy return policy. When shipping your package, we also create a return label for each order. Please contact us if you would like to return your order. We will then send you a return label for your order.

*Please note that Monocloth does not provide a return label for the purchases from the 'SALE' category on our website. In this case, all applicable fees and costs are customer's responsibility.

Please ensure item(s) are in their original conditions and they should not smell or be worn outside. The package and if there is any, standard accessories of a product should be included without any damage in the package that you are returning and the product(s) should be in a position to sell again in the market (without any damage, dirt or being fixed).

When we receive the package, we will contact you immediately and resolve the issue.
