What is Monocloth?
MONOCLOTH is an Istanbul, Turkey-based men’s streetwear fashion brand. Monocloth sells street fashion products for men such as T-shirts, jeans, tracksuits, hoodies and sweaters, and ships packages all over the world.


Where is Monocloth's store?
Monocloth doesn't have any physical stores. It only serves online on its website, www.monocloth.com


How can I be a member?
Membership to Monocloth website is very easy and free. You can easily register with your e-mail address and start shopping men's streetwear items.


How can I place an order?
After becoming a member, you can view our products ranging from T-shirts to jeans and easily add the items to your cart. Then, you can proceed to 'Check Out' page and complete the payment via credit card or Paypal. When your payment is verified, your order will be completed and you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.


How can I pay?
You can pay by CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL.


Can I pay cash on delivery?
We don't have cash on delivery option at the moment.

How long will my delivery take?
Deliveries vary from country to country. Estimated delivery times are given below.
Europe: Within 2 working days
North America: Within 2 working days
Rest of the World: Within 5 working days


How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped from our office, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You can track your order from then on.


How can I return my order?

We have 100% FREE return policy. When shipping your package, the shipping company (UPS/DHL), we sent you a return label via email. Please print out this label and stick it ON the package. This is very important for delivery. Please make sure that the return label is ON the package.

In your package, we also send you a 'return form'. Please fill out the form and include it in the package.

Please ensure item(s) are in their original conditions and they should not smell or be worn outside. The package and if there is any, standard accessories of a product should be included without any damage in the package that you are returning and the product(s) should be in a position to sell again in the market (without any damage, dirt or being fixed).

When we receive the package, we will contact you immediately and resolve the issue.

Can I exchange my order?
You can exchange an item (that doesn't fit or is damaged) with the same item or another item with the same price.


Have you received my return?
As soon as we receive your return package, the return process is initiated and we will contact you to fulfill your demand, be it a refund or product exchange.


How can I get a refund?
As soon as we receive your return package, we will contact you and make the refund to the account with which you completed the payment in the first place.
